Mohammed B. Al-Otaibi
Dear Nothingness,
Everything in this universe has its place. The trees that blow in the wind. The wind that carries the leaves of these trees. The seeds of these leaves that bring about more trees. The cycle of everything continues untouched by any external presence. As Buddha, I have relinquished feelings of angst, anger, anxiety, envy, frustration, stress and much more. These simple acts are what one must give up on his or her journey to reaching a true state of nirvana.
A stone monkey who doesn’t know his place almost made also relinquish my spiritual titles just for a sweet moment of cursing him out and knocking him upside the head. After seeing the state of havoc that monkey was wreaking on the heavens, I knew there was a lesson for this misguided soul to learn. Arrogance clouds the monkeys path to nirvana. I attempted to appeal to his arrogance in an effort to open his small monkey mind. If he could escape my palm I would allow him to take my place and reign over everything. The monkey flew with great force and perseverance in his attempt to prove me wrong. He was determined. When he thought he had reached the end of heaven he urinated on my fingers. The poor soul did not realize he had gotten nowhere even after all of his efforts.
As I said, everything in this universe has its place. Perhaps this monkey needed to learn the hard way. I cast him back to earth and erected an enormous mountain on top of the monkey. He shall be trapped there until a day comes where he is most needed and willing to learn the spirituality of the universe itself. I anticipate that that day shall be dawning very soon. The universe bares the path.

Just FYI this does not count towards your comments, Moe. Funny though.

Good work! The thing I liked the most is how you detailed your character’s frustrations and feelings towards Monkey, good job.

Very interesting in my opinion. I really like how you captured the character of Buddha in the sense that they have no worldly desires. The nothingness and emptiness I feel added a lot to this. Looks good to me

Like how Fuwais stated earlier, you did a great job emulating your character’s frustrations with Monkey. Rating? 9.7/10.
